How to return your purchase:
We do not accept returns on wallpaper or fabric orders.
We’re confident you’ll love our home textile products, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer a refund on most regular-priced original, unused merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, original shipping charge and applicable postage on return packages are excluded from refund.
Sale and promotion items are final sale. No returns or price adjustments.
To successfully return your package, please follow the instructions below:
STEP 1. Send us an email using the contact form found here. In the message body, clearly state "return" and quote the order number (found in your order confirmation email). Also include the order date, your shipping address, billing address, phone number, the item being returned, and the reason for your return.
STEP 2. Print out your original receipt of purchase (order confirmation email) and included it with your return package.

Returns are processed within 24 hours of receipt of returned package. Once the warehouse verifies the original, unused condition of the returned item(s), your credit card will be issued a refund. We will send a confirmation email notifying you of the refund.
Please note, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
We will gladly make a price adjustment within 7 days of your original purchase. You must contact us during that time frame to be eligible for a price adjustment.
